Team Expansion at TCB-Arrow

We are excited to be welcoming multiple new members to our team, in order to facilitate the significant growth in our business over the last few months.
Our new positions include:
- Our new Toolmaker, to support the additional tool making and maintenance activities
- A new Quality Engineer, to support the new part validations and capability studies required for the new products
- Three new Moulding Technicians, ready to enable us to run 24/7 with adequate shift cover
- Six Machine Operators to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed to cover all tasks
Employing more staff is essential to keeping the workload reasonable for each individual, ensuring workplace satisfaction and quality results.At TCB-Arrow we appreciate every employee and the huge difference they make to creating a fantastic and efficient working environment, and we can't wait to see the huge benefits that our new team members will bring.
