INJECTION MOULD TOOL MAKING

TCB-Arrow has specialised in tool making for many years and has earned a reputation for excellence in this arena. We offer all our clients a fully equipped in-house tool room for prototyping through to multi-impression tooling for high-volume automated manufacture.

Our own in-house injection mould Toolroom enables us to be very responsive to customer enquiries, minimising lead times and providing design and processing solutions immediately without the need for third party consultation.

Fully CAD-CAM equipped Toolroom using Solid Edge and MasterCam CAD-CAM software. This enables us to seamlessly take customer 3D CAD designs, design the mould tooling for the parts and output these designs into cutter paths for our CNC equipment.

we meet the customer specific requirements and tight tolerances.

We also have a Toolmaking partnership in China to provide more cost-effective tooling where customer tooling budgets are restrictive. All tooling provided we warranty from the UK.

From very simple prototype concept product manufactured off-line to multi impression fully hardened tooling for volumes in excess of 7 million parts per year.
