We're looking for an experienced Technician Supervisor to join our team. Ideally they will have a good working knowledge of both Krauss Maffei and Negri Bossi machines and experienced in both tool and process setting, together with robots. 

We operate 15 tonne - 650 tonne machines over a 24/7 operation. Due to our continued expansion we are looking to recruit for all shifts.

KEY DETAILS

- Working shift pattern 2 weeks days 06.00-15.00, 2 weeks lates 14.00-23.00.

- Supervise end to end manufacturing processes including injection/silicone moulding.

- Follow all Health & Safety practices.

- Set up tools, produce a repeatable process and manufacture quality products.

- Provide technical support to a small team of operatives.

- Lead by example in the workplace.

- Be an advocate of continuous improvement.

- Full in-house training given.

- Salary based on knowledge and experience. c £35-£40K per annum.

- Qualifications/Experience required:- Ideally Level 3 Polymer Processing, Supervisory training

Full Time Position

The job involves the assembly of plastic and metal parts in a production environment. You will be working in a new production cell of 3 people assembling a finished plastic product.

Full Time Position

This is a hands-on supervisory role.

You will be responsible for a team of 3 assembling of plastic and metal parts in a production environment.

We're looking for an Apprentice to join the team. Ideally you will live in the Camberley area, likely a  school leaver/finishing college with a Mechanical Engineering qualification.

We're looking for someone with a desire to work in a Manufacturing environment / Primary process Injection Moulding.

You will learn on the job and be prepared to attend external training modules.

Learn all aspects including H&S, Quality Control, Production Equipment, Raw Materials,

Tooling, Injection Moulding Process & Continuous improvement.

Must be prepared to work on a rotating shift pattern, Monday-Friday.

Salary c. £22-24K per annum

Qualifications/Experience required:- A mechanical Engineering qualification, minimum of 4

GCSE’s.
