TCB-Arrow has developed Liquid Silicone Rubber Moulding over the last 12 years offering our Customers the flexibility of manufacturing low volume single cavity prototype products to high volume multi-cavity components. Working with our in-house toolroom allows us to achieve the optimum tooling solution to meet your criteria and specific requirements.
 
TCB-Arrow can offer prototype concept tooling in a shared bolster through to dedicated Customer owned tooling. A wide range of skills include – Mould design to overcome the particular challenges of LSR, a large range of LSR materials including FDA/USP Class 6 approved materials for medical applications. Considerable experience in thin wall sections and over-moulding.
 
LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) is a material fast growing in popularity in many markets due to various physical characteristics, including: Excellent Compression set and Elastic properties, High Temperature Resistance, High clarity capable of being brightly coloured, Highly Inert material with many medical approvals. This lends itself to both single use and reusable applications.
 
Many of our Medical Customers choose LSR for a precise and flashless moulding and its excellent properties for autoclave sterilisation. Typical components would range from a silicone connector to parts for medical airway management systems.
