Silicone Ignition Cable
Premium Quality - We specialise in Silicone Ignition Cable Manufacture. Silicone construction cables provide Industry leading performance. With the evolution of the modern lean burn multi valve engine and reduced engine bay size, under bonnet environments have become more demanding. The trend in recent years has been towards Silicone construction cables capable of meeting Class F standards of ISO3808 parts 1&2 (250'C+).
Volume Manufacture - Currently we produce over 4,000,000 Meters of Ignition Cable per year for OE and Aftermarket customers globally. All cable is produced to ISO3808 and ISO9000/2000 standards.
Flexibility > In-House Rubber Mixing and Milling facilities enable us to meet your Material and Colour requirements. > In-Line Printing facilities for Custom Prints. > Small Batch flexibility. We can manufacture from 2,000 Meters upwards.
5mm > Reactive Cable 16Kohms per Meter (Strippable core for ease of processing)
7mm > Reactive Cable 1.5 TO 5.0 Kohms per Meter (Strippable core for ease of processing) > Resistive Cable 9.0 or 15Kohms per Meter > Copper Cable (19 x 0.3mm Tinned Copper Core)
8mm > Reactive Cable 1.5 TO 5.0 Kohms per Meter (Strippable core for ease of processing) > Resistive Cable 9.0 or 15Kohms per Meter > Copper Cable (19 x 0.3mm Tinned Copper Core)

Copper Core Boot Assemblies (Suppressor Boots)
Design - We design and manufacture Copper Core boot assemblies for many applications, both OE and aftermarket.
Manufacture - Assembly of Resistors and Terminals through to Resistor Assembly over moulding and Insulator boot moulding is all done in-house.
Volume Manufacture - Currently we produce over 1,000,000 Copper Core Boot Assemblies per year for both OE and Aftermarket.
Thermoplastic Injection Moulding
Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Moulding
LSR Moulding is a fast developing process that provides flashless parts to much tighter tolerances than can be achieved through conventional Rubber Compound Moulding methods.
FLASH-LESS Mouldings - The LSR Process is much closer related to that of the Thermoplastic moulding process, where flash less parts are produced. Without the need to Cryogenically De-Flash parts, a good surface finish is preserved and parts are totally clean.
Precision Parts - The LSR Process can be controlled extremely tightly giving parts with very tight tolerances.
Food and Medical Grade Mouldings - Due to the clean nature of the process we can produce parts that satisfy both Food and Medical Standards.
Commercially Competitive - LSR materials achieve much faster cycle times than conventional High Consistency Rubber (HCR) moulding processes. Due to this and the higher level of tool complexity that can be achieved, labour content of parts is reduced, LSR is a very Competitive process.
Zero Waste - Most LSR tools we make are Cold Runner. This combined with very tight process control yields extremely low levels of waste.
LSR Material Advantages > wide temperature Range –50 up to +250 °C > very good, temperature independent, rubber-like properties > good ageing and weather resistance (Ozone- and UV-resistant) > no odor and taste neutral > absence of plasticizers, except self lubricating compounds > excellent physiological properties (after post curing) > very good dielectric properties > opaque - transparent (easily pigmentable)
